- regular monitoring of patients with HAE (questionnaires for frequency of attacks and quality of life; unstable course of HAE; close doctor-patient interaction);
- criteria for choosing a therapy regimen (long-term prophylaxis, treatment on demand);
- lanadelumab therapy regimens, criteria for switching from one regimen to another;
- awareness of the ambulance service, emergency rooms of hospitals about the introduction of a C1 inhibitor to stop HAE attacks (patient route), use of a patient card / passport;
- inclusion of selection criteria for long-term prevention of HAE in the national clinical protocol, updated in accordance with international guidelines (WAO/EAACI 2021).
